Here are some things folks usually ask us about

We get it, plans change! You can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Within that window, we'll need to charge one night's stay. For group bookings and events, the terms vary a bit - just give us a shout and we'll walk you through it.

Absolutely! We're totally pet-friendly in select suites. There's a small cleaning fee ($50 per stay), and we ask that your furry friend stays well-behaved. We've got dog beds, bowls, and even some treats waiting. Just let us know when you book so we can set you up in the right room.

Check-in starts at 3PM and check-out's at 11AM. Running early or need a bit more time? We'll do our best to accommodate - just reach out ahead of time. We also offer luggage storage if you wanna explore Whistler before or after your stay.

Not necessarily! We're about 10 minutes from Whistler Village and offer complimentary shuttle service during peak hours. That said, having a car gives you more freedom to explore the area. We've got free parking if you do drive up.

Your stay includes a farm-fresh breakfast, WiFi, parking, access to our fitness center, and use of the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Spa treatments, guided activities, and dining beyond breakfast are extra - but totally worth it!
